Welcome to the Creston Valley Photobank

License
Information

When you download a file from the Economic Action Partnership Photobank, you are obtaining a standard license that lets you use the file for promotional materials such as advertising, marketing, websites, social media, TV, film, presentations, newspapers, magazines, and brochures, that promote tourism in the Kootenay Rockies region of British Columbia.

This is a license agreement between you and Economic Action Partnership (EAP). By downloading content from the Economic Action Partnership Photobank, you accept the terms of this agreement.

The licensing agreement is non-transferable meaning that you cannot transfer or sublicense the images to anyone else. There are two exceptions which must be identified in the downloading process:

Employer or client. If you are downloading on behalf of your employer or client, then your employer or client can use the content. In that case, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or client to the terms of this agreement. If you do not have that authority, then your employer or client may not use the content.
Subcontractors. You may allow subcontractors (for example, your printer or production house) to use content in any production process related to your final project. These subcontractors may not use the content for any other purpose.
All of the licensed content is owned by Economic Action Partnership. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by EAP and the content suppliers. License agreement expires at the end of a project. Agreement must be renewed for each project. Any content included in a new project without being renewed is not considered licensed and must be deleted. EAP may terminate any license if it reasonably believes there is a violation of the agreement and/or abuse of an account, in which case you must immediately: cease using the content, delete or destroy any copies and confirm to EAP in writing that you have complied with these requirements. EAP may discontinue licensing any item of content at any time in its sole discretion.

No terms or conditions of this agreement may be added or deleted unless made in writing and accepted in writing by both parties, or issued electronically by EAP and accepted in writing by you.
